The Full Story

Murphys Irish Pub was established in 2016 by Jessica Bowman, and then was sold to Brandy Kaufman in 2018. Unfortunately in 2020, the Pub became a casualty of COVID-19. The Pub's doors closed in March 2020 and was not able to survive the shutdown. Fortunately, with the help of Brandy Kaufman, the love and generosity of this great community, Jessica and Anthony Delaney, longtime members of the Murphys Irish Pub family, were able to purchase the Pub and reopen its doors in August 2020.

Anthony and Jessica have been intimately involved in the Pub since Brandy took over. Anthony and Jessica met Brandy two weeks after she purchased the Pub and within a month of that meeting, Anthony began a popular "Thursday Night Experiment" weekly music night that has been running successfully ever since (continued as livestreams during the pandemic). Jessica came on staff as a manager in 2019 to work side-by-side with Brandy. Together, Anthony and Jessica helped Brandy expand the days the Pub was open and create new entertainment events such as Vinyl Mondays and a very popular Open Mic Night on Wednesdays.

Our goal is to create a memorable experience with delicious Irish-inspired pub food, a great beer selection as well as fantastic local wines.
Local banter, live music, and a family-friendly setting—you’ll find it all here at Murphys Irish Pub. Whether you’re coming in to grab a bite, meet for business, or socialize with friends, you’ll be sure to enjoy the best of Ireland in the quaint village of Murphys.
